We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource functions in our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, handling basic HR operations, assisting in recruitment, Performance audit for new candidate .
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.)
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing
Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and related queries
Ensure employee engagement and smooth communication within the team
Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures tailored to the company’s needs
Address employee concerns with empathy and confidentiality
Organize occasional training, feedback sessions, or performance reviews
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in a similar role (in small teams or startups is a plus)
Good knowledge of HR functions, basic labor laws, and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
