Job Description:

Sourcing candidates by using Job Portals, conducting interviews, and filtering candidates for open positions.

Prepare and update job descriptions and job specifications

Shortlist the relevant profiles based on the Job description.

Posting advertisements and mass mailing on Portals as per the requirement given.

First-level filtering of candidates through telephonic interviews.

Understanding and briefing the company profile, JDs, Roles, and Responsibilities to the candidate.

Conduct Orientation / Induction of New Joiners by explaining HR Policies & Procedures.

Candidates with excellent communication and written skills are highly desired.
