We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Yashika Placement to manage the training process for the organization. The tasks include making training plan and process , execution of training and seeking feedback and evaluation. You will be responsible for Training plan and process for candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000-30000 and growth opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of training plan and process seeking feedback and evaluation and competency assessment. Additional skills like knowledge of time office and handling of shifts. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
