Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This role involves supporting key HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and general HR operations. Freshers with internship experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records

• Support onboarding and induction of new employees

• Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary inputs

• Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities

• Handle HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities

• Address employee queries and ensure policy compliance

• Maintain HR databases and filing systems

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Good interpersonal and time-management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field

• 0 to 3 years of relevant HR experience (internship experience will be considered)
