About the Role
We are hiring an HR Executive for one of our leading clients in the manufacturing sector. The role involves handling complete plant-level HR operations, payroll management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. HR Operations
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
Maintain updated employee records in HRMS and handle employee documentation.
Support employees with queries related to attendance, leave policies, HR policies, and benefits.
Prepare MIS trackers, HR dashboards (attendance, overtime, manpower, attrition reports).
Ensure policy implementation and compliance within the plant.
2. Payroll & Attendance
Validate attendance records, overtime, and leave adjustments.
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for payroll disbursement.
Ensure statutory deductions and compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, etc.
Maintain payroll MIS, payslips, and statutory payroll registers.
Experience in SPINE or similar payroll software is required.
3. Plant HR Activities
Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing unit.
Support recruitment of shop-floor staff and contract manpower.
Conduct engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and communication programs.
Handle time-office activities, contractor compliance, ID card and gate-pass issuance.
Assist in IR coordination, safety trainings, and grievance handling.
4. Compliance & Audit
Ensure 100% statutory compliance and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate with contract agencies for CLRA and labor law compliance.
Support internal and external HR audits.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with production teams, plant management, and corporate HR.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and support teams for seamless HR operations.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
Experience with HRMS, attendance management, and payroll systems.
Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle workforce at a manufacturing plant and work under pressure.
