We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹19000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Organize and complete onboarding formalities for new employees.
Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure HR policies are in line with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage employee database in HRMS software.
Payroll & Benefits
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, etc.).
Assist employees with salary, leave, and benefits queries.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize team-building activities and celebrations.
Conduct feedback sessions and resolve grievances.
Support performance appraisal processes.
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance of premises.
Documentation & Correspondence
Draft and manage official letters, memos, and reports.
Maintain company documents, licenses, and agreements.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and transportation for staff.
Manage meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and event logistics.
Support to Management
Assist senior management with data reports, presentations, and scheduling.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
