Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions that attract the best candidates.
o Proactively source candidates through a variety of online platforms including social media, job boards, and networking events.
o Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify candidates that align with our company’s values and job requirements.
o Advertise job openings across various platforms, including our careers page, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to develop shortlists of qualified candidates for interviews.
· Onboarding & Employee Support:
o Send job offers and manage queries related to compensation, benefits, and job roles.
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
o Maintain accurate and updated employee records and assist with administrative tasks as required.
· HR Administration & Coordination:
o Provide day-to-day HR support, including managing HR documentation and assisting with employee-related queries.
o Coordinate internal HR activities and maintain organized records to ensure compliance with company policies.
o Support office coordination and other HR-related duties as required by the team.
· Collaboration & Strategy:
o Work closely with the leadership team and department heads to assess workforce requirements and future recruitment needs.
Participate in HR strategy discussions to ensure Vision India Insurance remains a preferred employer in the industry
