Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth operations of the HR department, and supporting management in implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices. The role requires strong communication, administration, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
Conduct initial HR interviews and maintain candidate records.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Handle joining formalities, issue appointment letters, and set up orientation programs.
Maintain employee files and records.
Manage exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and ensure clearance processes.
3. HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave management, and employee database (HRMS).
Assist in payroll processing by providing required attendance and employee data.
Prepare HR reports, MIS updates, and documentation.
Draft HR letters (offer letters, confirmation, warnings, etc.).
4. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee queries and concerns professionally.
Support employee welfare initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Maintain statutory records (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Assist in audits and documentation.
6. Performance Management
Coordinate the performance appraisal process.
Follow up with department heads for reviews and evaluations.
Support training and development programs.
