We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle core HR responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll, compliance, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Manage attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems
Process and coordinate payroll activities
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling
Coordinate employee engagement and internal communications
Generate and maintain HR reports and HRIS data
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience
Strong knowledge of payroll and HR compliance
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with care
