We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team at our Singhubhavan location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

• Handle attendance, leave records, and coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.

• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.

• Organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

• Address employee grievances and support day-to-day HR operations.

• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.

• Good knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, and best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
