
The HR Executive at VAK Reports is responsible for managing the full employee life cycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance monitoring and employee engagement. The role requires proactive coordination with different departments, ensuring smooth HR operations, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a positive and productive workplace culture.
1️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Manage onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction for new joiners.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
Resolve employee concerns promptly and professionally.
Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication programs.
Performance Monitoring & Compliance
Track employee performance and share feedback with reporting managers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR protocols.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Coordinate with the accounts department for salary structure and payouts.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
