Job Description:

Shikhar Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 5–6 years of experience in human resources operations. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete HR cycle, from recruitment to employee engagement, while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Hiring:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.

• Payroll & Salary Management:

• Prepare and manage salary sheets, payroll processing, and deductions.

• Maintain records for attendance, leaves, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

• Employee Engagement & Relations:

• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events.

• Resolve employee grievances and maintain a healthy work environment.

• Foster a positive workplace culture and encourage team collaboration.

• HR Operations:

• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee performance management and employee evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setup.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labor laws.

•Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
