We are looking for a HR Generalist to join our team The Vedant Resource (TVR) to manage the HR process for the organization.

The HR Generalist will oversee key HR functions like Talent

Acquisition, Onboarding, Attendance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance, and

Training ; Development. This role ensures timely and effective recruitment, supports a seamless

onboarding process for new joiners, and maintains accurate attendance records. The HR Executive will manage employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting disciplinary actions as necessary. Additionally, the role involves tracking training initiatives, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing HR support to ensure smooth operations and adherence to workplace policies.
