Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
Good knowledge of HR functions and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of HRMS software will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
