Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client hiring needs and create job descriptions accordingly.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial rounds of telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.

• Coordinate with clients for feedback and ensure timely closures of positions.

• Maintain and update candidate and client records in the CRM/database.

• Handle onboarding formalities when needed.

• Provide regular reports and updates to the management.
