We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, employee engagement, grievance handling, and general administration tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in factory HR practices and labor laws, with the ability to handle blue-collar and white-collar employee needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-outs.
Coordinate onboarding formalities such as documentation, ID creation, induction, etc.
Manage exit formalities and ensure smooth offboarding.
Handle monthly payroll processing accurately.
Ensure timely compliance of PF, ESIC, MLWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Factory Act provisions.
Maintain payroll records and coordinate with finance/accounts team.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and escalate when required.
Handle grievances of factory labor and workers effectively.
Oversee office and factory administration, including uniforms, stationery, and asset allocation.
Monitor daily HR operations and maintain employee records.
Ensure renewal of PF, insurance, and Naukri portal accounts.
Handle contract workforce and verify contractor bills.
Manage HR-related vendors and service providers.
Conduct regular health and safety checks for factory workers and staff.
Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Familiar with handling blue-collar worker issues in a factory setup.
MBA / PG in HR or relevant field.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience in a manufacturing/factory setup preferred.
