Source candidates through portals, referrals, and social media.
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status.
Prepare and maintain employee records (joining forms, offer letters, contracts).
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain digital and physical HR files (personal records, appraisal forms, exit records).
Assist in audits by providing accurate HR documentation.
Facilitate smooth onboarding (joining formalities, induction, ID creation).
Coordinate exit formalities (resignation acceptance, clearance, exit interviews).
Maintain and update employee database (HRMS/Excel).
Assist in payroll inputs related to new joiners, exits, or changes.
Respond to employee queries related to HR policies or documentation.
Support HR team in events, training sessions, and engagement activities.
