Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage job postings on portals and social media platforms.
Conduct initial HR interviews and administer assessments.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate new employee orientation and induction programs.
Coordinate IT and admin requirements for new hires.
Manage smooth offboarding: exit interviews, clearance, experience letters.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/HRIS systems.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Prepare HR reports, attendance summaries, and MIS reports.
Assist in payroll preparation with correct data inputs (attendance, leaves, salary changes).
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities.
Support initiatives fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Manage employee feedback and escalate concerns appropriately.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
Assist in policy development, improvement, and communication.
Maintain HR documentation in compliance with audit requirements.
Assist managers in performance review cycles.
Track KRAs/KPIs and maintain performance data.
Support training and development initiatives based on performance gaps.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
1–5 years of experience in HR or relevant role (freshers with HR internships may also apply, depending on organization needs).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
