JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives.
3. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances,
performance evaluations etc.
5. Coordinate meetings, training, surveys etc. and take minutes.
6. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
7. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
8. Communicate with public services when necessary.
9. Handling employee complaints and grievance procedures.
10. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
11. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
12. Ensure health-checks are done for all employees as per government norms for respective departments.
13. Assist in creation of employee details in to the bio-metric software and maintenance of record in
employee database.
14. Designing and introduction of reward and recognition programs.
15. Develop and Implement Performance Improvement Plans for non-performers.
16. Implement and carry out yearly performance appraisals in-line with the Management.
17. Developing and implementing training modules for various departments and conducting evaluation
based on content shared.
18. Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness.
19. Drafting of Job Descriptions of various departments, confirming the same with the line manager and
issuing the same with the employees and managers.
20. Drafting SOP’s for various departments, clarifying and fine tuning the same with HOD’s and
implementation on a department wise level.

21. Issuance of joining letters, confirmation letters, appraisal letters, and completing exit formalities.
22. Taking care of vendor negotiations, rate finalisation, and creation of contract with vendors.
23. Creation of forms such as Interview Evaluation Form, Joining Form, C-Off Form, etc.
24. Implementation and promotion of Employee Referral Policy.
25. Issuing and maintaining records pertaining to ID Cards, Name Tags and Lockers for employees.
26. Issuance of other documents needed by employee such as salary slips, salary certificate, address proof
for bank accounting opening.
27. Maintaining record of assets issued to employee in employee asset tracker.
28. Indenting stationery and other materials needed for HR Department.
29. Conducting employee month end activities for employee engagement.
30. Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the Management.
