Designation: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates across various departments.
2. Payroll Management:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including statutory compliance and employee benefits administration.
3. KRA & KPI Development:
Design and implement Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tailored to roles across the organization to drive performance and accountability.
4. Branch Visits & System Implementation:
Visit regional branches to deploy and standardize KRA and KPI systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. SOP drafting
5. HR Operations:
Oversee core HR functions such as employee records management, grievance handling, compliance, and policy implementation to maintain a productive work environment.
Requirement:
1. Male candidate preferred.
2. Candidate from transportation industry shall be preferred.
