Designation: HR Executive(Recruitment)
📍 Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Work from Office only
Experience: Min. 6 months into recruitment
Working Days: 5 days a week (Sunday & Monday)
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing: - Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking
2. Screening: - Conducting initial screenings of candidates to assess their suitability for the roles. - Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews
3. Interviewing: - Coordinating and conducting interviews, both telephonic and face-to-face. - Assisting hiring managers with interview processes and providing feedback on candidates.
4. Salary Negotiation: - Conducting salary negotiations with selected candidates in alignment with company policies and budget.
5. Raising Offer Letter: - Preparing and issuing offer letters to selected candidates. - Ensuring all necessary details are accurately included in the offer letters.
6. Documents Verification: - Collecting and verifying necessary documents from candidates. - Ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate before onboarding
7. Onboarding: - Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires. - Facilitating orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth integration of new employees into the company.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience in an HR role or internship.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
