
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, invoice processing, and related HC operations.
Maintain and update internal trackers, employee files, and records accurately.
Assist in responding to basic employee inquiries, contributing to issue resolution.
Support ad-hoc Human Capital related tasks as needed.
Technical Skills:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
