Role - HR Executive

Location - Bhayander East (2 Mins from Station)

Salary - 15,000 to 25,000 Per Month

Roles and Responsibility

• Sourcing: Find candidates via job boards, social media, networks, referrals. 

• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, assess qualifications. 

• Candidate Management: Maintain records in ATS, provide updates, manage pipelines. 

• Interviewing: Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate with teams. 

• Offers & Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate salaries, assist with new hire orientation.
