Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations at our office. The role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily attendance and update leave records of all employees.

Handle payroll inputs, monthly salary processing, and related compliance documentation.

Support the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Prepare and maintain employee files and HR records.

Manage onboarding and exit formalities.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and overall HR compliance.

Assist management with manpower planning and periodic reports.

Liaise with accounts and admin teams for HR-related coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Female candidate with 2–5 years of HR experience (manufacturing / trading / SME preferred).

12th Pass or relevant HR Experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Thorough computer knowlege.
