We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Junior HR Executive to join our team. The Junior HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR principles, and a passion for promoting employee engagement and well-being.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing employee engagement
· Designing compensation and benefits packages.
· Implementing performance review procedures.
· Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
· Manage employees’ grievances.
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
· Experience with end-to-end recruiting.
· Design and implement company policies.
· Administering Payroll work of employees.
· Handling disciplinary needs.
· Updating workplace policies.
· Keeping safe work environment.
· Maintaining employee records.
· Implementing Performance appraisals.
· Ensuring Employee satisfaction.
· Assisting employes with career development.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
· Master’s degree in Human Resources mandatory
· Proven experience in HR roles, with a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations.
· Freshers with good understanding and knowledge about HR are also welcome.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
