 Experience in end-to-end recruitment process

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to multitask and work under pressure

 Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and techniques

 Self-motivated and able to work independently

 Experience using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

 Experience in the staffing industry is a plus

 Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulation
