We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team at our Palghar facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR functions, especially within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, PT, ESIC, etc.).
Handle onboarding and offboarding activities, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
Maintain up-to-date employee records as per company policy and legal requirements.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate and support training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain essential HR metrics.
Collaborate with the Supervisor on audits, day-to-day HR operations, overtime tracking, and employee management.
Graduate in any discipline with 3–4 years of HR experience.
Preferred experience in manufacturing companies or factory settings.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HRMIS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and capable of handling responsibilities independently.
