The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports management in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to joining.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Manage attendance, leaves, and coordinate with accounts for payroll.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR letters, notices, and maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Assist in performance appraisals and training coordination.
Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
0–2 years of experience in HR or administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
