Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. The HR role involves managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process job postings, screening, interviews, offers.

Handle onboarding and induction of new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality.

Administer compensation and benefits programs.

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Support performance management processes goal setting, evaluations, feedback.

Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Any Stream

1-2 years of HR experience depending on role level

Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
