We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Resources Valley to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Issue offer letters and complete pre-joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
Prepare and manage HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly HR reports.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, new joiners, resignations, etc.).
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and events.
Conduct employee feedback sessions and support grievance handling.
Assist in employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.
5. Performance Management
Support the performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation.
Track probation confirmations and appraisal timelines.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with managers.
Organize internal and external training programs.
Maintain training attendance and feedback records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll process.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS, Excel).
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
