Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and contribute to building a diverse and high-performing workforce by developing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and build candidate pipelines by using a variety of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employer branding initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job descriptions, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring panels.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidates, track progress, and maintain organized recruitment records.
Assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for various roles and departments within the organization.
Negotiate offers, salaries, and other terms of employment with successful candidates.
Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new hires.
Stay updated on industry recruitment trends, best practices, and employment law compliance.
Help forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans to meet organizational growth goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking .
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and various interview techniques.
A keen understanding of different roles within an organization and their specific requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred).
