Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on career opportunities, interview preparation, and industry expectations.
Track and analyze students’ performance, communication skills, and employability readiness.
Organize placement-related workshops, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.
Maintain placement records and generate reports on student progress and placement status.
Act as a bridge between students, faculty, and employers to ensure smooth placement processes.
Stay updated with industry trends to align training outcomes with job market demands.
