Key Responsibility Area: Recruitment

💼 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process

• Collaborate with department/function heads to understand staffing needs

• Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews

• Ensure timely closures of open positions across functions

• Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers

• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives

Other Responsibilities

✨ Employee Lifecycle Management

• Handle onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit processes

• Track and fulfill manpower requirements

✨ Payroll & Compliance

• Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs

• Assist in statutory compliance and audit support

✨ Attendance & HRIS

• Maintain attendance records and leave data

• Ensure timely updates in HRIS systems

✨ Engagement & Training

• Plan employee engagement activities and celebrations

• Support learning and development programs

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ years of hands-on recruitment experience

✅ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✅ Strong with Excel, HR systems, and reporting
