Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to manage and support HR functions specific to the dairy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and daily HR operations across both plant and field teams, ensuring a productive and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for plant, logistics, and sales roles.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, transfers, etc.).
Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
Ensure timely contract renewals and documentation for temporary/contract workers.
Compliance & Legal
Ensure compliance with labor laws (ESI, PF, Factories Act, etc.).
Maintain statutory records and liaison with local labor authorities.
Monitor vendor compliance for third-party labor.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Address employee grievances and escalate as required.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize skill development and safety training for plant workers and staff.
Track training effectiveness and feedback.
Performance Management
Assist in setting KPIs and appraisal processes.
Track employee performance and support improvement plans.
Coordinate performance review cycles.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of HR operations in a manufacturing/FMCG setup.
Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA in HR preferred.
Experience:
2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the dairy or FMCG manufacturing industry.
