Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data

• Handle employee queries and provide administrative support

• Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)

• Support in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities

• Maintain HR documents and ensure compliance with company policies

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR functioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or similar role

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR functions is a plus

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
