Job Title: HR Executive – Recruitment

Job Summary:

CTC- 30k to 50k ( Depends)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive – Recruitment who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews.

- Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidates’ suitability.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting jobs on multiple platforms.

- Support in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth joining formalities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand manpower requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR role.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, social media).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
