Job Overview:

Pheme Entertainment Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a solid understanding of HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update internal HR databases.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.

• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and performance appraisals.

• Coordinate with external vendors for HR services such as background checks, insurance, and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices.

• Generate HR-related reports for internal use or audits.

• Support disciplinary and grievance handling procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 0-2 years (Fresher can apply).

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
