About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and empathetic candidates (male & female, 20–27 years) to join our team as Student Counselling Executives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy guiding students toward the right academic and career paths while building strong connections through communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide career counselling and guidance to students about courses, admission processes, and future opportunities.

Manage walk-in inquiries, telephonic calls, and online leads.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of academic programs and industry trends.

Build positive relationships with students and parents to ensure effective counselling.

Regularly follow up with prospective students to help them make informed decisions.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and data of counselling activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male/Female candidates aged 20–27 years.

Graduate in any discipline (Education/Management/Psychology preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused attitude.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, education, or sales are welcome.

Salary - 8k to 15k
