We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing HR processes within a dynamic IT organization.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various job portals and social platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
Support in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and employee records.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist the HR team in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and HR policies.
Provide support in performance evaluation and feedback collection.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and team efficiency.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Certificate of Completion.
Letter of Recommendation (based on performance).
Hands-on experience in live HR processes.
