Job Summary

The role involves leading the HR function across , including recruitment support,

compliance, and employee engagement.

Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities

 Making monthly salary sheet for all employees

 Disbursement of salaries through online banking

 Design and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies.

 Drive employee performance management and appraisal systems.

 Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.).

 Oversee payroll processing and related reconciliations.

 Provide compliance sheets for all projects as per requirement

 Man power requirement work , grievance addressing

Who Should Apply

 Qualification: BBA / PGDM in HR

 Experience: 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a

leadership role

 Industry Background: Contracting / construction / engineering service preferred

 Skills:

o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

o Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance, and payroll systems

o Good communication and problem-solving ability

 Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
