The role involves leading the HR function across , including recruitment support,
compliance, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Making monthly salary sheet for all employees
Disbursement of salaries through online banking
Design and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
Drive employee performance management and appraisal systems.
Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.).
Oversee payroll processing and related reconciliations.
Provide compliance sheets for all projects as per requirement
Man power requirement work , grievance addressing
Who Should Apply
Qualification: BBA / PGDM in HR
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, including at least 2 years in a
leadership role
Industry Background: Contracting / construction / engineering service preferred
Skills:
o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
o Sound understanding of HR policies, compliance, and payroll systems
o Good communication and problem-solving ability
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
