Omega Webservices is a growing IT company dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Manager to join our team and lead our Human Resources department.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding).
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Support management in strategic HR planning.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Prior experience as HR Manager or HR Executive will be an added advantage.
