Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Posting and Sourcing:

- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.

- Utilize employee referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.

2. Candidate Screening and Selection:

- Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to identify top candidates.

- Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.

- Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers for final interviews.

3. Interview Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Offer Management:

- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.

- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and trends.
