Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruiter / Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various job roles, along with handling telecalling activities to connect with potential candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, references, etc.

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities clearly.

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews of candidates.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers/clients.

• Maintain and update the recruitment database.

• Follow up with candidates until they are onboarded successfully.

• Provide support in documentation and onboarding process.

• Handle telecalling tasks for candidate engagement and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-driven approach.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (Any stream).

• Prior experience in recruitment or telecalling will be preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
