We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team for timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
Handle employee engagement activities and support performance appraisals.
Assist in training and development initiatives.
Manage HR documentation, offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
Support management in implementing HR strategies to drive organizational growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / related field.
2–5 years of HR experience (Real Estate / Construction preferred).
Good understanding of HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
