Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

  • Process job offers and manage pre-employment checks, such as background checks.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• HR Operations:

  • Maintain the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee records accurately.

  • Support payroll processing and manage leave and attendance tracking.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with compensation-related tasks.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Employee Support & Engagement:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Assist in developing and implementing new HR policies.

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
