Core Responsibilities:
Managing HR Processes:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, and managing employee records.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee queries and concerns, resolving HR-related issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assisting with the recruitment process, managing onboarding procedures for new hires, and ensuring a smooth transition for both the employee and the organization.
Employee Offboarding:
Managing the complete employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews and handling final settlements.
HRIS Management:
Maintaining and updating employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS).
Employee Engagement:
Implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives, such as rewards and recognition programs and other HR events.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and generating HR reports for management.
Specific Tasks and Activities:
Onboarding:
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities.
Employee Letters and Communication:
Managing the creation and distribution of employee letters and other important HR communications.
Training and Development:
Assisting with the planning and execution of training programs, including logistics and evaluation.
Benefits Administration:
Managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communication.
Payroll Processing:
Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
Performance Management:
Supporting performance appraisal processes, including data collection and reporting.
Vendor Management:
Managing relationships with third-party HR vendors.
Budget Management:
Managing the HR department's budget and expenses.
