Maintain and update employee records (joining, exits, transfers, promotions, etc.).
Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees and workers.
Assist in performance appraisal coordination and follow-up.
Maintain compliance records such as registers under the Factories Act, CLRA, etc.
Ensure adherence to labor laws (ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Liaise with government authorities during audits and inspections.
Maintain up-to-date records and returns under relevant labor legislation.
Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
Support implementation of engagement activities, safety awareness programs, and welfare initiatives.
Assist in managing disciplinary procedures and documentation.
Oversee plant housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen facilities.
Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and supplies.
Manage visitor control and plant-level administrative logistics.
Act as a bridge between the corporate HR team and plant workforce.
Prepare and submit periodic HR and admin reports to management.
Ensure timely communication of plant policies and updates to employees.
