Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines.

• Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to source high-quality candidates.

2. Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.

• Understand hiring needs, build trusted client relationships, and deliver exceptional service.

• Share regular updates and insights to align with client expectations.

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

3. Business Development Support

• Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new client opportunities for Business,HR, AI Solutions.

• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and support documents.

• Join client meetings, assist in presentations, and help convert leads.

• Keep contact databases updated with accurate information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a relevant field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR consulting preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive mindset.

• BYOD- we expect you to bring your own device.(Laptop mobile phone)
