Job Description
We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Menschen Consulting Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and direct outreach).
Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment marketing activities.
Stay current on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Support HR team with onboarding coordination and other administrative HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA-HR or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, any industry experience
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruitment for technical, sales, or other specialized roles.
Knowledge of sourcing tools Naukri, Linkedin and other references
