We are looking for an HR Executive to handle compliance, payroll, and day-to-day HR & admin activities at our manufacturing unit. The role requires basic knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and employee management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers, records, and assist in labour law audits.
Process payroll – attendance, leave, overtime, salary, and statutory deductions.
Manage time office (attendance, shifts, overtime, absenteeism).
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Support employee welfare, engagement, and disciplinary matters.
Handle admin functions – canteen, housekeeping, uniforms, transport, vendor coordination.
Job Requirements:
Graduate / MBA / MSW (HR specialization preferred).
6 months – 2 years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing/plant setup).
Knowledge of labour laws & payroll software (PF, ESIC, PT compliance).
Strong MS Excel skills and ability to maintain reports.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
